Why Re-Order?

Reordering saves time by letting you use your existing designs. Whether you’re welcoming new team members, replacing lost badges, or simply topping up your supply, our re-order process helps you get exactly what you need — fast.

How to re-order your badges from the website

Step 1: Log In
Sign into your Badgemaster account using the link at the top of the page.

Step 2: Go to Order History
Once logged in, head to your Order History from your account dashboard.

Step 3: Choose Your Previous Order
Select the order that contains the badge design you’d like to reorder and press View Order.

Step 4: Click ‘Order Again’
Scroll to the bottom of the order page and click the Order Again button.

Step 5: Edit and Update
Your previous badge designs will be added to your basket. Here, you can:

  • Change quantities

  • Edit names or job titles

  • Remove or add badges

  • Make any necessary updates

Step 6: Checkout as Usual
Once you’re happy with the order, simply proceed to checkout.

How to re-order your badges from the Badgemaster Portal

If your organisation uses the Badgemaster Badge Management Portal:

  1. Log into the portal using your assigned credentials.

  2. Access your pre-approved badge designs.

  3. Select the badge(s) you’d like to reorder.

  4. Edit quantities or details as needed.

  5. Submit your order.

Best for: Account-managed customers with portal access.

Re-order via Email (Credit or Pro Forma Account)

If you have a credit or pro forma account, you can place a re-order by email.

Please include:

  • Company name and contact

  • Account number
  • Badge designs, names, and quantities
